Pages of Our Quiet Book

I have been seeing quiet book ideas online and I finally decided to give it a try, here our the pages of our book:

Pants pocket with a blank notebook for coloring

Color crayon pockets

Felt puzzles, one puzzle in each pocket with a board to build on the opposite page:

Mr and Mrs Potato Head, they're parts store inside the bibs
Also bib overall latch practice

Tic Tac Toe, XO's in the pocket

Lock and Key Page, we later added carabiner hooks for more practice

hair braiding and hair tie page, the doll has yarn hair for braiding and putting pony tails in

rainbow and shapes are velcroed on so they can be removed and matched up

Crazy baby sensory page, ribbons, yarn, etc

Farm Page with finger puppet animals inside

Button practice, inside the shirt is a snap on rainbow

Weaving practice and a button snake

mitten and shoe tying, (it still needs a shoelace)

Counting page, each number lifts up to reveal that number of beads

Phewwff, that was enough to make 2 books. I originally saved them for our trip to Florida, now they are used in the car and during Church. We try to save them for those times that we have to sit still and be quiet!! Both girls have loved them and it was definitely worth the effort!

A big thanks goes out to my husband for allowing me to spend time creating these for our girls! The crafting time was therapeutic for me and the results for them have been wonderful!

For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
1 John 3:11
